摘要
电解铝工程具有投资巨大、建设周期长、能源依存度高等特点,投资控制工作十分重要。文章总结了当前电解铝投资控制的现状,并对工程建设的各个阶段投资控制工作做了定性讨论。文章应用层次分析法对上述影响因素进行了量化分析,研究结果在某电解铝工程建设实践中得到了应用,取得了较大经济效益。
The engineering of electrolytic aluminium has a substantial investment,construction project cycle length,energy dependence. Investment control work is very important. The thesis summarizes the current situation of electrolytic aluminum investment control. And for all phases of the project construction investment control work qualitative discussion. The thesis makes quantitative analysis of the affecting factors by useing the AHP,research results had been used in electrolytic aluminium construction,and made great economic benefits.
