浅谈建设工程成本控制之缺陷成本

Discussion on Defect Cost in the Construction Project Cost Control

针对建设工程施工过程中,因某些部位质量不符合设计标准而导致返工,使得项目成本增加的实际情况,分析缺陷成本产生的原因,提出降低缺陷成本这一减少返工成本的措施,实现建设项目成本最小化的目标控制和管理。

Based on the actual situation that due to the quality not meeting the design standards led to rework which increase the project costs the in the construction process for construction projects,this paper analyzes the causes of defect costs,proposes the measures to reduce the defect cost of reducing rework cost to achieve the goal control and management of minimizing the construction project cost.
