Analysis of Structure Performance and Preventive Actions for Submersible Electro-motor Shaft

通过潜油电机轴的微观金相组织观察和硬度测试,分析了三种电机轴的组织结构和性能特点。分析表明:电机轴晶粒粗大与否是衡量其热处理工艺是否合理的依据,而硬度的高低则是其机械性能优劣的表征。由分析结果对三种电机轴提出了使用建议和预防措施。

The micro-structure and the hardness of the submersible electro-motor shaft were analyzed and tested,and the performance of the electro-motor shaft was investigated. The results showed that the performance of heat treatment was relative to the coarse grain structure and the hardness also reflected the mechanical performance of the electro-motor. Besides,the use advice and preventive measures were advanced.
