Higher levels of automotive professionals is the important force in the automotive oems production line for production,technology,quality control technology of production management,vocational graduates＇work stability in the automotive oems factory directly impact on the production and the level of quality control. This paper analyzed from the demand and supply of car manufacturing and assembly technology professionals to find solutions to the low job stability of vocational graduates in automotive oems.
