摘要
实践环节教学是人才培养的重要组成部分。本文分析了实习环节教学建设中遇到的主要问题和困难,并从实习经费投入、实习教学基地建设、实习教学体系构建、实习教学质量监控、实习教学师资队伍建设五个方面提出了加强实习环节教学建设的思路和措施。
Teaching in internship is an important part of talents cultivation. This paper analyzed the main problems and difficulties in the teaching of internship and proposed ideas and measures of strengthening teaching in internship from five aspects,funds of internship,base construction of internship teaching,system construction of internship teaching,quality monitoring of internship teaching,faculty building of internship teaching.
