随着校企合作的深入,高职院纷纷建立了以就业为导向的工学结合的人才培养模式。这给高职院校学生教育管理工作带来很大的冲击。文章探讨了在新形势下如何进一步做好学生管理工作,不断创新学生管理模式,并针对实习管理和管理体制创新等几个问题,提出了几个有效的方法和途径。

With the school-enterprise cooperation deepening,higher vocational institute established the talent training mode of work integrated learning and job-oriented,which bring a lot of impact on the higher vocational colleges students education management work. The paper discusses how to further do well the management of students under the new situation,continuous innovates the students management mode,and based on several problems of the practice management and management system innovation puts forward several effective ways and methods.
