铁路人才需求趋势与高职教育发展策略

Demand Trend of Railroad Talents and Development Strategy of Higher Vocational Education

我国铁路已进入建设发展的高峰,其对高技能型专业人才的需求也将达到一个相对高值。本文通过对陕西铁路的发展趋势、对高技能人才的需求趋势及特点进行分析,对比陕西省开设铁路专业的高职院校的现实状况,认为高职教育的发展没有跟上铁路发展的步伐。提出的对策有:积极调整高职教育专业方向;适度扩大高职教育中铁路专业教育规模;加强课程改革,增强学生的实践动手能力;坚持产学结合的办学方针,努力培养与企业"零距离"接轨的人才。

The our country railroad has already got into the high peak of constucting the development,its need to the technical ability type professional talented person of Gao will also attain opposite Gao Zhi.This text passes the development trend to railroad in Shaanxi and carry on analysis to need trend and characteristics of technical ability talented person of Gao,contrasts the realistic condition of college in the senior high vocational school that Shaanxi province sets up railroad profession and thinks that the development that the senior high vocational school educates didn＇t keep up with the step of railroad development.The counterplan of putting forward includes：The aggressive adjustment senior high vocational school educates a professional direction;The appropriate extension senior high vocational school educates in the railroad profession educate scale;Strengthen course reform,strengthen the student＇s fulfillment to begin ability;Insist producing to learn to combine of doing and learning policy,hard the development is in line with with the business enterprise＂zero distances＂ of talented person.
