摘要
高校教师绩效评价体系对充分调动教师的积极性、创造性,推动学校的可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。本文分析了目前我国部分高校教师绩效考核评价体系存在的问题,并就对如何建立科学高效的评价体系提出自己的看法。
University faculty performance evaluation system is very important to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity and promote the sustainable development of the school. This paper analyzes the existing problems in some college teachers' performance evaluation system and proposes own view on how to establish scientific and effective evaluation system.
