建设学习型党组织,是建设马克思主义学习型政党的基础工程,是新形势下加强党的建设、保持和发展党的先进性、提高党的执政能力的重大举措,也是深化理论武装工作、提高全党思想政治水平的重要契机。

Building a learning party is not only a basic project in building a Marxist party, and a major move to strength the party building in new situation, to maintain and develop the advancement of the Party, and to improve the ruling ability, but also the important opportunity to deep the theory of armed ,and to improve the ideological and political level.
