摘要
本文针对目前体育专业女大学生在学习撑竿跳高时普遍存在的问题进行了系统的分析,结果表明,心理障碍因素严重的影响着达标率。笔者希望通过本文为体育专业女大学生的撑竿跳高教学提供了一定的参考。以便在教学中不断改进教学方法,提高教学质量。
