摘要
大型食品加工厂制冷系统氨的充注量经常超过10^1。依据国家标准GB18218.2009,《重大危险源辨识》,氨制冷系统应列入重大危险源。为此,安全设施投入大大增加,增大了企业生产成本。本文针对一较大型食品加工厂制冷系统的设计,在减小制冷系统氨的充注量上作的一些尝试。对今后类似食品加工厂制冷系统的设计,提出一些建议和看法。
More than 10t of ammonia charge has been poor into the refrigeration system for large food processing. According to the GB18218-2009 Identification of major hazard installations for dangerous chemicals, ammonia refrigeration system is included. So safety installation input and cost of production greatly increase. This paper focuses on reduce the ammonia charge of refrigeration system when a large food processing refrigeration design is in the works. And offer a few proposals and view about large food processing refrigeration design.
