摘要
采用草酸盐热分解法,在500,600,700及800℃温度下合成了LiTaO3粉体。利用XRD、SEM、FTIR及UV-Vis对所制粉体的性能进行了研究。分析结果表明:各温度下所得产物均为单一相的LiTaO3粉体。说明采用草酸盐热分解法,在500℃的较低温度下及3h的较短时间内即能制得单一相的LiTaO3粉体,该粉体粒径小于100nm,能隙为3.7eV,FT-IR谱中623cm-1处存在着Ta—O键的特征吸收峰。
LiTaO3 powders were synthesized at 500,600,700 and 800 ℃ via the thermal decomposition of oxalate,and the properties of the synthesized powders were studied with XRD,SEM,FTIR and UV-Vis.The results show that the powders obtained at each temperature are single-phase LiTaO3 powders,indicating that single-phase LiTaO3 powders can be obtained at a relatively low temperature of 500 ℃ within 3 h via the thermal decomposition of oxalate.For the LiTaO3 powders obtained at 500 ℃,a characteristic peak of Ta—O bond at 623 cm-1 is found in their FTIR spectrum,while their particle size and band gap are less than 100 nm and 3.7 eV respectively.
