润肠通乐口服液对小鼠排便功能的影响

Run Chang Tong Le Oral Liquid:Its Effect on Mice's Defecation Function

目的研究润肠通乐口服液对正常小鼠和脾虚便秘型小鼠的通便作用的影响。方法采用饥饱失常和过度疲劳配合燥结便秘的方法复制小鼠脾虚便秘模型。测定正常小鼠和脾虚便秘模型小鼠的排便指标。结果润肠通乐口服液高剂量组(49.4生药g/kg)、低剂量组(12.4生药g/kg)可使正常小鼠和脾虚便秘模型小鼠首粒排出黑便时间显著缩短,6 h内排便粒数和重量显著增多。结论润肠通乐口服液具有润肠通便的作用。

Objective To observe the effects of Run Chang Tong Le oral liquid on the defecation function of normal mice and mice with constipation due to spleen deficiency. Methods Mice model with constipation due spleen deficiency was duplicated by irregular feeding, over fatigue and dryness. The defecation indexes of the normal mice and model mice were determined. Results High dosage group （49.4g/kg） and low dosage group （12.4g/kg） could significantly shorten the time of normal and model mice to defecate the first feces, and obviously increase the amounts and weight of feces in 6h. Conclusion Run Chang Tong Le oral liquid has the function of relaxing bowels.
