医学工程化的人文困惑及其消解

The Humanistic Puzzlement and Its Solution in the Engineering-based Medicine

医疗技术的提高和医学工程化的发展削弱了医学应有的人文关怀,大量医疗设备的使用产生医学物化倾向,造成医师、患者和管理者的人文困惑,导致医学实践上的医德下降、看病难、影响社会公平等问题。本文阐明,导致当代医学人文困惑的主要因素在于医学的工程化,由此强化了生物医学模式、刺激了非理性健康需求和强化了医疗过程中的逐利行为。在此基础上,作者提出了消解医学人文困惑问题的途径,即转变医学模式、改善医疗体制、借鉴中医的有益思想、规范健康需求。

The improvement in medical technology and the development of medical engineering is decreasing the humanistic care that medical field deserves.The using of too many medical equipments leads to the materialization of medical science and the puzzlement of the doctors, patients and administrative staffs.The humanistic puzzlement further causes the descending of medical ethics, the difficulty of getting medical treatment and social inequity.This paper clarifies that humanistic puzzlement is caused by overusing of medical engineering, which strengthens biomedical model, stimulates irrational need for health and aggravates the benefit-oriented behaviors in medical treatment.It is proposed that to tackle the problem we must change the medical model, regulate irrational health needs and return to humanistic medical treatment.
