Management system of education administration is a wpical MIS（Management Information System）, there is extensive application in MIS system of stored procedure and trigger. On the basis of analysing the conccpt and the characteristic of the stored procedure and the trigger, the article introduces their application in the management system of educational administration and provides part source codes of stored procedure and trigger, combining the case of a system of educational administration.
