摘要
该文将客户资产价值评价问题归结为不确定多属性决策问题。针对具有不确定区间数信息的客户资产价值评价问题.该文提出了一个新方法.首先,规范化区间数决策矩阵;然后,定义理想点并确定各方案(即客户)关于各属性与理想点的距离;其次,通过最小化各方案与理想点的加权距离来确定属性的权重;最后计算每个方案与理想点的距离,并由此对他们进行排序或分类。通过一个案例说明了提出的方法。
In tiffs paper, customer value assessment is considered as uncertain multiple attribute decision making problem. A new method is proposed to the customer value assessment with customers' data information being intervals. Firstly, the decision matrix in the form of interval is normalized; Secondly, by defining the ideal point, the distances between the alternatives (i.e., the customers) and it are determined; Then, the attribute weights are determined by minimizing the weighted distance between the alternatives and the ideal point; Based on the weights obtained, the weighted distance between the alternatives and the ideal point can also be obtained, according to which the alternatives can be ranked or grouped. An example is used to illustrate the proposed method.
