该论文主要针对校园网的监测和管理，以简单网络管理协议SNMP为基础，进行网络监测系统的研究与设计，对网络上的活动主机进行实施检测，对校园网一定周期内内设备的联网情况进行分析、统计、跟踪以及查询．对校园网上所有在线设备的活动进行记录，对网络的使用情况进行全面的掌握，为校园网的运行、安全检测、调试、故障诊断以及调试提供了依据。

This paper major the management and monitor of Campus Network, to SNMP-based, analysis, calculate, tracking and searching the networking of the network equipment. This topic is forced on the campus network and based on the existing network management theory. The method has been designed to monitor the network activity and to obtain all the record of the campus online activities. This network monitoring system can get hold of the using condition comprehensively. Provide the basis for the working of campus network, safety monitoring, and Debugging and fault diagnosis.
