摘要
目的探讨P13K—P85及Glut1在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中的作用和相互关系。方法采用免疫印迹法检测91例良恶性子宫内膜组织标本中P13K—P85及Glut1蛋白表达量,分析两者在不同子宫内膜组织中的表达水平并进一步探讨两者在子宫内膜癌组织中表达的相关性。结果Glut1与病理分级(P〈0.05)。P13K—P85的表达与子宫内膜癌组织病理分级有关(P〈O.01)。相关分析表明,Glut1与P13K-P85的表达呈正相关(Kendall’s tau-b=0.476,JD〈0.001)。结论P13K—P85及Glut1在子宫内膜癌及子宫内膜不典型增生的标本中均呈高表达,且两者呈正相关,提示P13K-P85可能通过多种机制上调Glut1蛋白表达,进而促进葡萄糖的转运及利用,为肿瘤细胞繁殖提供能量。
Objective To studied the relationship between PI3K-P85 and Glutl respective expression level and endometrial carcinoma clinical pathological parameter. Methods Detect all the samples with western blot, and compute the expressions of Glutl and PI3K-P85 protein. Then analyze their association with the clinical-patho-parameter, and analyze the association between them. Result Positive correlation were observed between the expression of Glutl and PI3K-P85 (Kendall's tau-b=0.476, P〈0.001 ) Conclusion The activation of PI3K/Akt signal transduction pathway resulted in the expression of Glutl was up-regulate, then the transport and exploitation of glucose was promoted, These factors promoted the development of endometrial carcinoma.
