摘要
目的研究探讨营养支持在慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期的临床疗效。方法选择在我院治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者32例,所有患者随机分成两组:对照组16例,治疗组16例,所有患者均给予抗感染、氧疗、支气管扩张剂、化痰、纠正酸碱失衡及电解质紊乱等治疗。治疗组16例患者在正常要素饮食基础上,给予使用脂肪乳,复方氨基酸,白蛋白,葡萄糖交替静脉滴注并供给电解质。微量元素,维生素等营养支持治疗,对照组仅给予正常要素饮食,不行以上营养治疗,疗程2周。观察两组患者的营养状况、免疫功能、肺功能的变化。结果治疗组经营养支持2周,患者治疗后病情明显好转,无1例患者出现感染等并发症,治疗后营养状况明显改善,肺功能明显改善。结论营养支持治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的营养状况、免疫功能和肺功能有显著改善,有利于患者的康复和降低病死率。
Objective To study clinical efficacy of nutritional support in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods A total of 32 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were recruited from our hospital, all patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group and treatment group, with 16 cases in each. All patients were given antibiotics, oxygen therapy, bronchodilators , phlegm, acid base imbalance and electrolyte disturbance treatment. In the treatment group, 16 patients received not only normal element diet and alternative intravenous drop infusion of fat emulsion, compound amino acid, albumin, glucose infusion, but also supply therapy of electrolytes, trace elements, vitamins and other nutrition. Control group was only subjected to normal element diet, without nutrition support therapy for 2 weeks. Two groups of patients were observed for nutritional status, immune fimction, lung fimction changes. Results Two weeks after nutritional support therapy, the disease of patients in treatment group was markedly improved, no case exhibited infection and other complications, nutritional status and lung function were significantly better after treatment. Conclusion Nutritional support significantly improves nutritional status, immune function and lung function in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, is conducive for the rehabilitation of patients and reduced mortality.
