114例头孢曲松钠注射液药品不良反应临床分析

114 cases of ceftriaxone sodium injection in clinical analysis of adverse drug reactions

目的了解我院头孢曲松钠注射液临床不良反应情况分析。方法采取回顾性分析方法：对我院2007年1月至2009年12月收集住院患者使用头孢曲松钠注射液不良反应114例进行分析。抽取住院处方59270张，抽取率29．4％，对其应用数量，用药频率、日用药量，用药是否合理及药品不良反应进行分析。结果抽取含头孢曲松钠住院处方10230张，占17．26％．不良反应114例。头孢曲松钠注射液发生药品不良反应的器官或系统最多的是皮肤、肝、肾，泌尿系统5．26％，消化系统19．30％，皮肤发热44．74％，神经系统12．28％，心血管系统7．02％，呼吸系统5．26％，血液系统2．63％，其他3．51％，不良反应以泌尿、消化、皮肤等损害为主。结论头孢曲松钠注射液在我院临床广泛中应用，但不良反应日益突出。只有根据细菌培养，药敏试验结果和感染程度而确定处方，才能达到真正的安全、有效、经济、适当地合理用药，减少药品不良反应，确保用药安全。

Objective： Analysed the clinical adverse drug reactions of Ceftriaxone sodium injection in our hospital. Methods： A retrospective analysis, collected in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2009, using ceftriaxone injection adverse reactions occurred in 114 hospitalized patients were analyzed. Collected 59 270-patient prescriptions, extraction rate of 29.4%, on the application number, frequency of administration, on dosage, drug use is reasonable and analysis of adverse drug reactions.Results： The collected patients with ceth＇iaxone sodium prescription 10 230, accounting for 17.26%, 114 cases of adverse reactions. Ceftriaxone injection of adverse drug reactions occurring organ or system most of the skin, liver, kidney, urinary tract 5.26%, 19.30% digestive system, skin, fever 44.74%, 12.28% nervous system, cardiovascular system, 7.02%, respiratory 5.26 %, 2.63% blood system, the other 3.51%, adverse reactions to the urinary, digestive, skin and other damage to the main.Conclusions： We widely used in clinical ceftriaxone sodium injection, but the side effects become increasingly prominent. Under the bacterial culture, drug susceptibility test results and infection to determine the extent of prescription before determine, it can truly safe, effective, economic, and appropriate to rational drug used, reducing adverse drug reactions, to ensure drug safety.
