摘要
目的探讨人性化护理应用于肛瘘手术患者恢复期的临床效果，提高患者的生活质量。方法对本院110例肛瘘手术患者恢复期根据其具体情况，在基础护理的基础上，重视预防并发症，并给予针对性的心理指导。结果经过精心护理，110例患者均痊愈出院，并发症均经对症处理后得到有效控制，护理满意率达到97．3％，显示了较好的护理效果。结论肛瘘手术患者由于其手术的有创性，以及患者的个体差异性，恢复期的护理非常重要，实践证明，人性化护理是可行的。是值得进一步在临床应用和推广的。
Objective： to investigate the humanistic care applied in surgical patients as the clinical effect of recovery, improve the quality of life of the patients. Methods： the 110 cases as surgery patients, according to its recovery in the foundation, on the basis of the nursing value to prevent complications, and give the specific psychological guidance. Results： after careful nursing, 110 cases were cured, complications after discharge after cure is effectively controlled, care satisfaction to show good 97.3%）, nursing effect. Conclusion： surgical patients because of its operation as a sex, and the individual difference, patients recovery of nursing is very important, practice proves that human care is feasible, is worth further in clinical application and promotion.
