摘要
以十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(1831)、山梨糖醇酐油酸酯(span 80)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(O-20)为乳化剂,低相对分子质量氧化聚乙烯蜡(OPE)为增熔剂,制备出一种应用性能良好的阳离子C-9石油树脂/石蜡育果袋纸表面施胶剂;讨论了乳化剂用量、乳化温度和搅拌速率对乳液稳定性的影响,以及C-9石油树脂/石蜡质量比、OPE的加入量对乳液稳定性和施胶性的影响。结果表明,十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、山梨糖醇酐油酸酯和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的质量比为2:1.5:1.5,搅拌速率700 r/min,乳化温度90℃时制得稳定的乳液。当乳液质量分数为2.3%,施胶后纸张综合性能好,其施胶度为109 s,抗张强度为5.26 kN/m,湿抗张强度为1.65 kN/m。
Cationic C-9 petroleum resin/paraffin emulsion surface sizing agent for fruit cultivation bag paper was prepared, using octadecyl trimethylammoniumchloride(1831), sorbitanoleate(span80), andfattyaleohol polyoxyethylene ether(O-20)as emulsifiers, and oxidized polyethlene wax(OPE) as fluxing agent. The effects of dosage of emulsifiers, emulsification temperature, and stirring speed on emulsion stability, the mass ratio of C-9 petroleum resin, paraffin and amount of OPE on emulsion stability and surface sizing were studied. The results indicated that when m(1831) " m(span 80) " m(O-20)=2 : 1.5 : 1.5, the stirring speed was 700 r/min, and emulsification temperature was 90 ℃, the emulsion showed good stability. When the emulsion concentration was 2.3%, the sizing degree of surfaced paper achieves 109 s, paper tensile strength was 5.26 kN/m, and wet strength was 1.65 kN/m.
