摘要
将雨水作为废弃物排放,是对资源的一种浪费。由于雨水的冲刷,还可能将点污染源扩大造成下游水系的污染。西方国家近些年对雨水径流控制的研究为我国解决雨水资源问题提供了借鉴。可持续的雨水系统设计与管理即模仿自然雨水径流,从源头控制雨水排放路径,通过保持、滞留、渗透、过滤、收集,用作景观绿化灌溉用水,鼓励雨水的自然回灌。总结了西方发达国家关于可持续性的雨水排放系统规划设计对策、具体技术措施及相关项目实践,希望对我国风景园林规划设计中城市雨水的处理有所启发。
It is a waste to let the stormwater out as a kind of trash rather than resource. The point-polluting may spread to the lower reaches of a river with the scour of the stormwater. The Western countries' research about the control of the rainstream is a model to solve the problem of stormwater resources in China. It is the sustainable stormwater management that follows the rule of stormwater in natural to control the rainstream from the headstream, and make use of the stormwater to irrigate the planting at the end or be back to the underground in the way of maintenance, retention, penetration, filtration and collection. In this paper, the strategy of planning and design of the stormwater setting system detailed in technology and measures and summaries about the practice of some projects are discussed. It is hope to be useful for the disposal of stormwater in urban planning and design of landscape architecture in China.
