摘要
在岸边集装箱装卸桥上,采用双拉杆支撑的前伸臂是一种超静定结构。对于这种超静定结构,通过合理地选择双拉杆拉点的位置,可以使得前伸臂上由拉点所分隔的各段中的最大应力值相接近,这样,前伸臂上的各段就能充分发挥其自身的作用。由此所获得的各段截面尺寸也应该是较为合理的。基于这一指导思想,本文提出了以追求前伸臂上各段中的最大应力值尽可能相接近为目标的优化设计方法。
On the container crane,the boom supported by
double tension bars is a redundance structure.Choosing reasonablely the locations of the
tension points,for the boom,the max stress values in the boom′s several parts which are
separated by the tension points can be equal approximalely.So,each several parts of the boom
could be made the best use of and the several cross sections of the boom should be
reasonable.Based on above view,this paper introduces a optimum design method.The target of
the method enables the max stress values in the several parts of the boom to be equal as
possible as it can.
