上海城区高层办公建筑后退空间的公共性调查

Publicity Investigations on the Setback Space of High-rise Office Buildings in Shanghai City

随土地利用率的不断提高,我国城市正经历高层办公建筑的快速发展期。本文以高层建筑后退空间为研究对象,指出目前上海高层办公建筑后退空间在公共性使用方面存在的问题,并提出相关建议,通过案例分析探讨不同设计模式的可能性。

Following the land-use ratio continuously increased,our city is experiencing rapid expansion of high-rise office buildings.The paper represents the causes on the setback space of high-rise office building,then problems existing in public character on the setback space of high-rise office buildings in Shanghai and some advices are brought out.At last,through analyzing two cases,the paper explores the possibilities of some models.
