汶川灾后重建中心城区近郊城镇规划设计探讨——以绵竹市东北镇为例

Discussion on Suburban Town Planning and Design in Central Cities after the Wenchuan Earthquake Reconstruction: A Case Study of Dongbei Town in Mianzhu of Sichuan Province

该文通过对四川省绵竹市东北镇规划设计的思考和实践,探索汶川灾后重建中心城区近郊城镇的规划方法,在产业发展、城乡空间、近期建设、村庄规划等方面提供了设计思路和操作经验。

This paper explores and discusses the planning methods and techniques applied in suburban town reconstruction in central cities of Wenchuan in Sichuan Province after the earthquake. After analyzing many planning practices in the North-East Town in Mianzhu, Sichuan , this paper suggests some design ideas and practical experiences in different aspects such as industrial development, spatial layout for cities and villages, short-term construction, and village planning, etc.
