The Flexible Planning of Small Historic Cities in Centre District: Take Sheqi County for Example

该文以社旗县为例探讨传统农业城镇在快速城镇化背景下城市弹性规划的规划方法,试图在中小城市总体规划层面探讨如何进行城市化应对的弹性规划方法,具体从城市规划区范围的确定、城市产业空间的预留、历史城区的保护以及城市设施的弹性规划等四个方面展开研究,探讨我国农业欠发达地区中小城市如何在城市总体层面城市空间发展上应对城市发展阶段的跳跃式发展,为城市的可持续发展提供物质空间载体。

This paper based on the case study of Sheqi County, aims at presenting the model of flexible planning of urbanization of traditional agricultural cities in the background of fast urbanization in China. Thus how to deal with the sudden change of urban space would be the focus of the city planning during the urbanization of central district in China. This paper proposes flexible planning model. Firstly, a key problem during urban development is explored based on finding out the different focuses in different stages of urban development and investigating new planning of urban space. Secondly, a flexible planning is maintained grounded on the different problems of different stages during urban development; Lastly, the reasonable distribution of urban resources and urban facilities are suggested on the basis of the flexible planning of urban space at different stages.
