经济发达地区新农村住宅规划设计探析——以浙江兰溪市西山寺村新农村住宅建设为例

Analysis of the Planning Design of the New Rural Houses in Developed Regions: Take the New Rural Housing Construction in Xishansi Village of Lanxi City, Zhejiang Province for Example

该文通过对浙江兰溪市西山寺村新农村住宅的规划设计探析,提出了经济发达地区的新农村建设,特别是择址新建的模式,应当关注村民的寻根愿望,并与当地产业项目的策划结合起来,在改善居住生活环境的同时,增加村民增收途径,提高村民凝聚力,从而促进农村社会、经济、生态的可持续发展。

This paper Through the analysis of the planning design of the new rural houses in Xishansi Village of Lanxi City. Zhejiang Province, the planning design model of the new rural houses rebuilt in a new site was put forward in this paper, in which the villagers’ wish to seek one’ s root and the local industrial projects should be concerned. With the improving of residences environment, the villagers’ income is expanded. So the villagers will live together to promote a sustainable development of village society, economy and ecology.
