摘要
该文以北京市为例,简要的阐述了北京市的历史发展,回顾了北京市作为历史文化名城的保护过程,系统地总结了保护工作中出现的问题,诸如管理缺失,责权不明,思想落后等,并针对其中问题提出了自己的改进意见,希望可以借此推动全国上下历史文化名城保护工作的进步。
This paper takes Beijing as an example, expounding the historical development of Beijing briefly and reviewing the process of Beijing protection as historical and cultural city. At last it summarizes the problems in protection, such as the missing of management, unclear responsibilities and rights, ideas behind etc, and poses the improvement against the problem. It hopes to promote the protection of historical and cultural city＇s progress in the whole country.
