摘要
利用电路仿真软件SABER对三种IGBT逆变器过电压吸收电路进行分析，并给出其直流侧线路分布电感Ls1和Ls2、吸收二极管Ds以及吸收电阻Rs的选择依据。
Three types of snubber circuit of IGBT inverter are analyzed with circuit simulation software SABER.Selection basis for the distribution inducatance Ls1and Ls2, snubber diode and snubber resistance Rs in DC side is given.
