摘要
通过对锅炉过热器、再热器分配集箱沿程静压分布和支流流量分布的分析,提出了幂函数速度分布表达式和相应的求解方法,线性速度分布只是幂速度分布在动量和摩阻影响相平衡时的特例。对动量占优势或摩阻占优势的流动状态,线性速度分布明显偏离实际,幂速度分布计算结果比线性分布结果更符合实验值。
The theoretical investigation is conducted for the dividing flow header.A mathematical formula of the power velocity distrbution describing the flow behavior along the header is obtained,which includes the present linear velocity distribution.The linear distribution is became to a special case of power's at the balance between momentum and friction.Specially,when momentum or friction is dominant,the linear distribution deviates from experimental data and physiscal phenomena and a power distribution is more reasonable.The theoretical prediction with the power velocity distribution agrees better with experimental results than those with the linear.
