摘要
为了实现磁盘高道密度记录技术,本文对磁盘伺服图形预刻装置驱动系统—音圈电机进行了优化设计,这样不但满足了预光刻磁盘的道密度达到6350TPI要求,同时也提高了磁盘刻写速度。
In order to realize high trackdensity recording technology, the authors processed optimal designing for the driving system in magnetic disk servo pattern preetching device-VCM (voicecoil motor), which can not only satisfy the demand to improve the trackdensity of preetched magnetic disk to 6350 TPI, but also improve the etching speed, such can get higher magnetic disk recording density.
