摘要
如何实现合理的城市公园布局,充分发挥公园的经济和生态效益是城市绿地系统规划所需要解决的核心问题之一。基于公园服务能力,建立公园绿地分类,以缓冲区分析为技术手段,提出"建设用地见园比"和"社区见园比"2项指标,用以评价公园绿地布局的合理性。以广州为例,得到建设用地见园比为49.7%,社区见园比为51.9%。相关性分析表明这2项指标与传统指标不存在显著相关性,且2项指标反映了传统评价指标不能描述的绿地分布情况,是对现有指标的必要补充和完善。最后对"缓冲区"评价生成的服务域进行了实地测算,以检验新指标的可操作性。
It is one of the most important problems in the planning of urban green space system that how to achieve a reasonable layout of city parks, in order to fully bring economic and ecological benefits of park into play. The paper establishes the classification of park green space base on service capabilities, then use the "buffer" analysis techniques to put forward "The Rate of Community Approaching Park" (RCAP) and "The Rate of Constructed Land Approaching Park" (RCLAP) two indicators to evaluate rationality of green space distribution. In Guangzhou, the RCAP is 49.7%, and the RCLAP is 51.9%. The results of correlation analysis show that the significant correlation does not exist between the two indicators and other traditional indexes. And these two indicators can reflect the distribution of green space which cannot be evaluated with the other indexes. Finally, a field measurement for "buffer zone" is developed to test the operability of the new indicators.
