我国观赏植物新品种保护与DUS测试研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 DUS测试是植物新品种保护的技术基础和授予品种权的科学依据。我国观赏植物DUS测试研究相对滞后,目前已经完成约30个DUS测试指南的编制,部分指南作为行业标准或国家标准发布,但大量列入保护名录的观赏植物尚未进行测试指南编制研究。论述了我国观赏植物新品种保护和DUS测试指南研究的现状,结合已经完成的测试指南编制,对测试性状的选取进行了分析并针对存在的问题提出了建议,展望了分子标记等新的技术和方法在植物DUS测试中的应用。 DUS testing was a technological base of new varieties protection and the scientific proof for granting variety rights. However, DUS testing on ornamental plants in China fell behind. About thirty DUS testing guidelines were compiled, and some ones were published as industrial or national standards, but a large number of ornamental plants had no DUS testing guidelines yet. This paper reviewed the current situation of protection of new varieties and DUS testing guidelines. The selection of testing characteristics was analyzed, and some suggestions were proposed on solving problems existing in it. An outlook of new technology and method using DUS testing was raised, such as molecule marker technology.
