摘要
恐怖袭击近年来给世界人民带来的伤害越来越大,因而受到人们关注的程度也越来越高,该文从规划的角度提出安全片区的设想,并在安全片区的基础上利用地理信息系统等技术进行反恐规划的构建,同时提出了一些相关问题的考虑。
In recent years terrorist attacks caused the people more and more damaged in the world,so it is affected to the degree of concern of people.This article propose the standpoint of secure area from planning vision,and building counter-terrorism plan based on the use of Geographic information system,meanwhile a number of associated issues need to consider.
