摘要 针对电站锅炉燃用煤种和负荷多变的问题,提出一种新型的旋流燃烧技术,即利用在一次风管中加装浓缩构件实行煤粉浓淡分离的浓淡旋流燃烧器。采用三维相位多普勒颗粒分析仪(PDA)对浓淡旋流燃烧器和双调风旋流燃烧器出口区域两相流场进行了实验研究,得出了两种燃烧器几何结构下气固两相流场和浓度场的分布规律,并且进行了理论分析,证明了浓淡燃烧的优越性。 In view of problems that the coal kinds and the loads of the utility boilers are very changable, presents a new swirl combustion technology, that is dense dilute swirl burnes in which a concentrated component is fixed inside the primary air pipe in order to separate the pulverized coal into dense one and dilute one. Using the three dimensional phase particle Dopper analysor (PDA), has experimentally investigated two phas flow distribution on the outlet zone of the both the dense dilute swirl burner and the double adjustmen air swirl burner. Has find distribution laws of the both the gas solid two phase flow field and the concentration field for the two types of the burners, has engaged theoretical analyses, and has proved advantages of the dense dilute combustion.
