摘要
微波偶极子辐射器在生物介质中比吸收率(SAR)分布研究对腔道肿瘤热疗有重要实用意义本文根据电磁场理论模型和迭加原理,采用高斯积分法和辛普森积分法相结合,分别计算了无水冷、有水冷、单缝隙和双缝隙微波偶极子辐射器在生物介质中的SAR分布结果表明:水冷可以较好地改善SAR径向分布,增加治疗深度;而双缝隙可比单缝隙具有更为均匀的轴向SAR分布。
It is very important to know the near
field properties of radiating dipole antenna for intracavitory microwave hyperthermia. In this
paper,no water cooled,water cooled, one slot and two slot dipoles radiating in a biological
tissue are analyzed with theoretical electro magnetic models by using the additivity principle.
The SAR (specific absorption rate)distributions are calculated taked into account the effect of the
water flowing inside the applicator,and compared between no water cooled,water cooled, one
slot and two slot dipoles separately.It is shown that, the SAR distribution will be improved on
the extension of the therapy depth due to the effects of water cooled, and be uniformally
enlarged effective therapeutic volume by two slot water cooled diople. The numerical
calculated results are comformed with the equivalent muscle phantom experiment and the
clinical engineering.
