摘要
根据不同的感光胶片对特种波光感光灵敏度低和电致发光单色性的特点,制作系列暗室照明光源和显示器件具体研究方法是改变ZnS:Cu和ZnS:Mn,Cu半导体化合物的禁带宽度和杂质能级深度的方法,首先做出单色光,再用滤光片使光谱窄化。
This paper developed ACEL new light source and display device based on the characteristicses that different film is not sensitivity to particular wavelength light. By changing prohibit-band width and ZnS:Cu、ZnS:Mn phosphors as well as energy level of imparity,monolight is first produced then it is narrowed by filters,in order to safely lighten and display.
