西双版纳城子寨保护与旅游开发

A Study Case of Chengzi Village's Tourism Planning in Xishuangbanna

拥有美丽自然环境和丰富旅游资源的勐仑镇城子寨作为傣族村落的代表,正经历着村寨经济发展、规划格局变化、传统建筑风貌改变等多方面的变化,在其旅游开发过程中存在着诸多问题。针对现有村寨整体规划不协调、风貌破坏严重等不利于村寨发展的因素,提出了村寨保护与旅游开发的解决办法和应对策略,以及控制性意见与指导方案,以期当地百姓能够从旅游开发和村寨发展中真正得到实惠。

As a representative of the Dais＇ Village,Chengzi Village of Menglun Town possesses beautiful natural environment and abundant tourism resources.With the development of society,the village,however,is being suffered from the invasion caused by the economic development,the planning layout and the changing of the traditional building style year over year.It now becomes an overlooking problem for the suffering of the village.Based on our studies on the Chengzi Village,we have presented a couple of methods to deal with the problems caused by the tourism development.Meanwhile,to remove the negative factors that are not in harmony with the village＇s whole plan and may destroy the overall landscape,we also have brought forward some controllable suggestions and guidance schemes.It is hoped that the local residents could benefit from sustainable development and tourism exploitation.
