北京绿化隔离带上“城中村”发展规划——以高碑店村资源利用为例

Urban Village Planning in Beijing's Greenbelt——On the Use of Resources of Gaobeidian Village

在全国紧锣密鼓开展新农村建设以来,北京绿化隔离带上的许多农村发展却出现了发展滞后、环境恶劣、外来人口聚集等一系列问题,催生形成"城中村",与周边环境形成鲜明的反差。北京绿化隔离带上"城中村"有着特殊的地理位置和环境资源,如何对其开发成为规划的关键,结合朝阳区高碑店村的规划实践,对此类"城中村"发展资源的有效利用及规划设计进行探讨。

Since the Central Party Committee concern with new rural areas construction,the whole country is committed to carry out new rural planning.However,the development of the contradictions of many rural on greenbelt was limited.Thus there formed＂village in city＂,and caused a range of issues such as backward.environmental degradation,housing crowding,and increase of the nonlocal population.So it strongly contrasts to surrounding cities. The rural of Beijing on greenbelt also has special geographical location and environmental resources. How to develop effectively is the key of planning This article combines with Gaobeidian Village planning practice in Chaoyang District,Beijing,to rethink to explore the effective use of village resources separated from the＂village in city＂on greenbelt in Beijing.
