摘要
混合使用开发作为一种可持续的土地综合开发模式,已经越来越受到人们重视。在众多成功的混合使用开发实践中,涌现出了许多富于创新的模式。以深圳华侨城的成功开发模式为例,通过分析其功能布局与功能构成,总结华侨城混合使用的规划设计特点,同时也指出了该模式的不足之处。
As a sustainable land development mode,mixed-use development（MXD ） have paid more and more attention.A great number of innovative modes are emerging in the practice in MXD. The article tries to study the mixed-use planning and design in Overseas Chinese Town in Shenzhen, after elaborating the layout of OCT and its transformation,we focus our analysis on the features and the deficiencies of the mixed-use development in Overseas Chinese Town.
