苯磺酸氨氯地平对老年高血压患者血压变异性影响的临床观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察苯磺酸氨氯地平片对老年高血压病患者血压及血压变异性的影响。方法 112例高血压患者停药2周后,用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗8周,采用无创性携带式动态血压监测仪监测动态血压及血压变异性。同时选取56例健康人作对照组观察血压及血压变异性。结果治疗前原发性高血压组血压及血压变异性明显比对照明组高(P<0.05),服用苯磺酸氨氯地平片后,原发性高血压患者的血压及血压变异性与用药前比较均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压患者血压变异性增高,苯磺酸氨氯地平在稳定降压的同时可降低血压变异性。 Objective To observe the effect of amlodipine besylate tablets on variability of blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods Before the beginning of therapeutic course with amlodipine besylate tablets,oral drugs were stopped in all 112 patients with hypertension for two weeks.The observation for variability of blood pressure in these patients by monitoring dynamic 24 h blood pressure was carried out in these patients before and after therapeutic course.Results After treatment with oral administration of amlodipine besylate tablets 5mg/d for 8 weeks,the average systolic blood pressure,24-hour average diastolic blood pressure,24-hour systolic blood pressure variation and daytime variability of systolic blood pressure were significantly decreased.Conclusion Amlodipine besylate can lower down the blood pressure,and it can also significantly reduce the variability of blood pressure in elderly patients.
