凸轮的测量,主要是为评定凸轮轴上各凸轮的几何精度和装机后的动力特性提供依据的,所以应按设计要求选择与凸轮机构从动件相同型式和形状的测头,并按设计升程表进行测量。

The aim of detecting the cam is to assess the geometrical accuracy of the cams at the camshaft and provide the basis for the dynamic characteristics after the engine is assembled. So the measuring head should be selected according to the design demand, that is the shape and type should be similar to the follovers of the camshafter, and the measuring should be done according to the lift diagram designed.
