参松养心胶囊和黛力新治疗心肌梗死后抑郁的疗效比较 被引量:5

The curative effect of Cansongyangxin capsule and Deanxit on depression after myocardial infarction.

摘要 目的观察参松养心胶囊和黛力新治疗心肌梗死后抑郁的疗效。方法将72例心肌梗死后抑郁患者分为参松养心胶囊组、黛力新组、两药合用组,每组均为24例。参松养心胶囊组口服参松养心胶囊3粒/次,3次/d;黛力新组口服黛力新1片/次,1次/d;两药合用组按上述剂量两药合用。三组均8周为1疗程,观察用药前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及疗效。结果联合治疗组HAMD评分优于单药治疗组。参松养心胶囊组、黛力新组、两药合用组的总有效率分别为58.33%、62.50%和79.17%。结论参松养心胶囊和黛力新单药治疗心肌梗死后抑郁疗效相当,参松养心胶囊/黛力新联合治疗心肌梗死后抑郁疗效优于单一用药。 Objective To observe the curative effect of Cansongyangxin capsule and Deanxit on depression after myocardial infarction.Methods Seventy-two patients with depression after myocardial infarction were randomly signed into three groups: Cansongyangxin capsule-treatment group(3 capsules,tid),Deanxit-treatment group(1 tablet,qd),and Cansongyangxin capsule plus Deanxit-treatment group(treated with Cansongyangxin capsule plus Deanxit,the dosage as the same as above mentioned).The course of treatment was eight weeks in three groups.Treatment efficacy was evaluated with Hamilton Depressive Scale and the side effect was evaluated with Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) after treatment.Results HAMD rating was better in combined treatment group than that in single-agent treatment group.The total effective rates were 58.33%(Cansongyangxin capsule-treatment group),62.50%(Deanxit-treatment group) and 79.17%(Cansongyangxin capsule plus Deanxit-treatment group),respectively.Conclusion The curative effect of Cansongyangxin capsule monotherapy is similar to that of Deanxit monotherapy,while the curative effect of Cansongyangxin capsule plus Deanxit is superior to that of Cansongyangxin or Deanxit monotherapy on depression after myocardial infarction(P0.05).
