埋藏式起搏器植入术后再晕厥的诊疗体会

Experience in diagnosis and treatment of syncope in patients with implanted pacemaker.

目的探讨起搏器植入术后再晕厥的原因及诊治经验。方法对我院200例起搏器植入患者进行随诊观察,对术后再次出现晕厥的5例心源性晕厥患者行回顾分析。结果 5例患者系心源性晕厥,其中4例与起搏器功能异常有关。结论起搏器术后再晕厥首要考虑起搏器相关的原因,同时不应忽视其它原因。

Objective To observe causes for occurrence of syncope in patients with implanted pacemaker and to study the diagnosis and treatment for this kind of syncope.Methods Two hundred patients with implanted pacemaker were followed up,and the clinical data of 7 patients with recurrence of syncope were retrospectively reviewed and studied.Results Among these 7 patients,cardiac syncope had been occurred in 5 patients,and 4 of them were related to malfunction of pacemaker.Conclusion The main cause for occurrence of syncope after implanted pacemaker was malfunction of the pacemaker,but other reasons should not be neglected.
