老年人急性阑尾炎120例诊治分析

Diagnosis and treatment of 120 cases acute appendicitis in the elderly.

目的探讨老年人患者的急性阑尾炎的临床特点和诊治效果。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2010年1月我院120例老年人急性阑尾炎临床资料。结果所有手术的患者均符合阑尾炎诊断,无1例发生误诊和死亡。其中发生切口感染2例,脂肪液化1例,尿潴留1例,所有症状均在出院前治愈。未发生粘连性肠梗阻和腹腔弥散性感染。结论老年患者的急性阑尾炎的临床表现不典型,病情进展较快,手术治疗效果较好。

Objective To summarize the clinical feature and treatment result of acute appendicitis in elderly patients.Methods The clinical data of 120 elderly patients with acute appendicitis hospitalized in our hospital from January 2005 to January 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All of the surgical patients were in line with the diagnosis of appendicitis.No misdiagnosis and death occurred.Wound infection,fat liquefaction and urinary retention,were found in 2,1 and 1 case respectively.No adhesive intestinal obstruction and intra-abdominal infection occurred.Conclusion The clinical manifestation of acute appendicitis in elderly patients is not typical and the disease usually progress rapidly.Surgical treatment is effective for elderly patients with acute appendicitis.
