GPS,using information from satellites,is able to navigate,position and time.It is very suitable for the management of moving object. A management system of highway buses based on GPS is introduced.It’s operating principle,system architecture,function are discussed.Positioning and converting on C/A code influenced by the SA policy are analyzed.The function of the software for analysing buses’ states is introduced, and the experimental data are given.
