摘要
应用碘化钾显色和紫外可见分光光度法,在20℃下研究了亚铁-组氨酸配合物与亚铁-三乙烯四胺模拟过氧化氢酶催化过氧化氢分解反应.提出了一种金属配合物催化的数学模型.计算结果表明,金属离子的恰当配位体的络合作用。
The Fe(Ⅱ) Complexes (Fe(Ⅱ) His,Fe(Ⅱ) trien) were constructed for simulating catalase.Using KI color and UV spectrophotometry,the catalytic decomposition of hydrogen peroxide was studied at 20℃ by the Fe(Ⅱ) complexes.A model of metal complex catalysis was suggested.The calculated results from this model indicate that a suitable complex for metal ion is very important in getting a effective metal complex catalyst.
