摘要
球茎甘蓝花托、花柄在MS+2,4-D0.5mg/L+6-BA1mg/L培养基上培养,诱导形成愈伤组织.愈伤组织在MS+NAA0.5mg/L+6-BA3mg/L的分化培养基上培养,能分化出芽.花托在附加6-BA和GA3的MS培养基上培养,能直接出芽.花柄在附加6-BA或6-BA和GA3的MS培养基上培养,能直接出芽.芽通过继代培养。
The calli were produced when the floral receptacle and floral shoot of Brassica caulorapa were cultivated in media MS plus,2,4 D(0.5mg/L) and 6 BA(1mg/L).The buds were produced when the calli were cultivated in MS plus NAA(0.5mg/L) and 6 BA(3mg/L).On MS plus 6 BA and GA 3,the direct bud organogenesis could be induced from floral receptacle.MS plus 6 BA or MS plus 6 BA and GA 3,the direct bud organogenesis from floral shoot.The regenerated plants could be obtained from the buds through cultivation.
