摘要 为了分析如何通过控制氧气来提高葡萄糖的利用率。本文对单个酵母菌生长发酵过程进行分析,特别是氧气对酒精发酵的影响作用,在此基础上建立了一个多Agent系统模型,并在NetLogo仿真环境中实现仿真。仿真结果表明,氧气对酒精发酵的影响效果比其他因素更明显,无论是氧气过多使得酵母菌生长繁殖过快,还是氧气过少使得酵母菌生长繁殖过慢,都不利于提高乙醇的生产率和葡萄糖的利用率。 In order to analysis how to improve the glucose utilization through the controlling of oxygen.In this thesis,the process of individual yeast's growing and fermentation is analyzed,especially,the influence factor of oxygen,and a multi-Agent system model which is established base on it have been realized in the NetLogo simulation environment.The results of the simulation demonstrated that,the effect of the oxygen is more obvious than other factors,either too much oxygen which lead to the yeast growing too fast or too less oxygen which lead to slowly growing,both of them are disadvantageous to improving the alcohol productivity and the glucose utilization.
